The service is super good. The location is very convenient. The elevator inside the hotel goes directly to the beach. There is a seafood restaurant next to it. It is a very fresh food stall. You must order this one! Don't look at the other messy recommendations on Xiaohongshu! We booked several other restaurants based on Xiaohongshu's recommendations, but they were all scams. This one is perfect!

We have recently returned from a 5 night visit to this hotel. Everything was exceptional and like nothing we have experienced before. Staff were genuinely friendly, happy and helpful from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. We cannot thank them enough and believe they are a real credit to the hotel chain. The hotel itself is beautiful and always spotless. The rooms are spacious with a gorgeous bathroom and amazing aircon! Three lovely pools. The garden pool stood out to us the most as it was always quiet and had a choice a sunbeds or large day beds. The hotel location is also great as it is on the beach and close to shops, restaurants and bus stops. It also seems to be quite central so not too far from the marina and old town. Although central, the hotel is lovely and peaceful and feels set back from the busy resort. Food was incredible. We booked b&b. As you enter for breakfast staff welcome you with coffee and there is a lovely continental buffet set out with fresh fruit, eggs, meat and croissants etc. You can also choose a meal from a menu such as a full English or eggs on toast. All food was cooked perfectly and you can tell quality ingredients were used. I have a gluten allergy and this was catered for exceptionally well with lots of options and knowledgable staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you all so much!! We will be back in no time! X

We came to stay at Vincci Selección Aleysa as we needed a few days break away. From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left, we were in good hands. Every member of staff cared, the hotel was immaculate and food was divine - dinner and breakfast. Our room was immaculate, modern and very spacious. Lovely touches including welcome gift, chocolates, fresh flowers, and some local olive oil to take home. Our room opened out to a private terrace, which then lead to the garden area, it felt lovely and private. There is a private bathing area for the hotel on the beach too. The information given upon arrival was very useful, there is also an app to use should you wish whilst you are there - to use facilities available. A wonderful spa with pool is also at the hotel - what a wonderful massage I had. Talking to other guests around the hotel, many of them have been visiting the hotel every year, for many years. We had a fabulous stay and are looking to come back before Christmas.

Hemos pasado unos días maravillosos en el Hotel Vincci Aleysa : hemos repetido estancia ya que lo consideramos el mejor hotel de la Costa del Sol. Hotel pequeño, de 5 estrellas, con unas fantásticas habitaciones, a pie de playa y sobre todo con un gran equipo que te ayudan a que tu estancia sea placentera. Tienen spa y está muy bien situado cerca del puerto deportivo de Benalmádena. Recomendable
